Economic development is a team effort. we are making history in the State of Alabama. When members of a community have the opportunity to collaborate, cities and towns are built.
Alabama Receives Repeated Recognition as a Top State for Business
Alabama is a state filled with economic opportunity and promise. The public and private sector collaborate to facilitate high-quality job creation and projects that benefit communities throughout our state. Even amidst a pandemic, Alabama continues to rank high, which is testament to an environment conducive for business.
For multiple consecutive years, Alabama has earned placement in the Top Ten in several surveys conducted by Site Selection magazine, a leading, respected publication in our industry. Companies here are able to create jobs that enable Alabamians to earn a good living that they can be proud of. We all benefit from these partnerships and from Alabama working.
Our quality of life, education, and economic diversification have allowed Alabama to rise in the ranks. What distinguishes Alabama from the rest of the nation are the people within our communities.
